This Sprayer is ideal for the application of WATERBORNE and UV DRYING LACQUERS: These Products assure minimum Environmental Impact.
Automatic spraying system "UNOSPRAY" is mainly based on the use of a closed continuous CFB belt conveying the panels to the spray area. The design has many advanced mechanical solutions to allow considerable advantages.
Fully pressurized spray cabin, belt lacquer recovery system, Microprocessor unit for spraying operation control,
51" Max. width, 7.87" (200 mm) minimum width, 12" (300 mm) min. length, 86" long spray enclosure, Thickness from 4 to 50 mm (3/16" to 2").
One quick change guns supporting trolley driven by toothed timing belts with brushless motor with electronic control, reciprocating slider, with variable speed. Four lacquer feeding circuits with filter and recycle system.
Light barrier Gun Control: (104) Electro-diodes sensors send material size to the programmable controller which opens and closes the guns.
Conveyor System: Solvent-proof continuous belt made in CFB, with long life and easily removable 500 mm (19") infeed roller section 100 mm diameter roller with electronic reading barrier consisting of (104) photo-diodes.
Movable belt cleaning (recovery) trolley: (4) Chromium-plated reverse rollers with electronic control of the position, Chromium-plated roller and pneumatic device for overspray collection. Removable trolley with final counter-rotary rollers for automatic and continuous belt cleaning.
Booth Enclosure: Made of paneling and with port for access to the spray gun units; length 2,140 mm (84-1/4"), width 4,280 mm (168-1/2"). machine body height/max. 2,812 / 4,100 mm (110" / 161"). Upper air diffusion plenum connected with (2) air inlet fans (air intake from -inside) with filters EU3, total flow rate 8,000 cbm/Hr, total power 3 kW., Suction tower Exhaust fan flow rate 8,000 cbm/Hr, power 7.5 kW; Pump power 2.2 kW.
Lacquer recovery is carried out by means of a patented system with counter-rotation roller, scraper and pneumatic device for coating collection in a proper tank. The continuous belt cleaning system assures maximum efficiency and reduced maintenance.
