Unique Machine and Tool Model #313 Miter Door Machine
- Miters the end of (2) cabinet door rails for each pass.
- Automatic cycle controlled by maintenance-free PLC software for accurate & easy alignment of mitered corners.
- (2) 5 HP Dual-motors for shaping with 1-1/4" spindles.
- (2) Pneumatic clamps hold work piece on either side while parts are being shaped, unlimited part length.
- 1" Max. part thickness- Staggered tables allow (2) 1" thick parts to be machined simultaneously.
- Foot valve operation, safety guards and dual hand-actuated start buttons.
