Slipcon "LS-TS" Profile/Moulding Sander

The LS line of lineal sanders are designed for multi sanding in one pass with a working width of 12" (300mm). The LS-T sander has (2) two top heads and (2) side heads and a motorized conveyor.

The sanding units are adjustable in height, width, angle and RPM in order to set them exactly to suit various sanding applications.

Counter rotating large diameter sanding heads, conveyor belt feed with spring loaded hold down rollers, constant pass line height

(4) 4" dia dust extraction outlets on a full hood, sanding heads are reversible

Workpiece thickness 0" - 4", conveyor belt width 12", motor size for brushes 1-1/4 hp, conveyor motor 3/4 hp

Speed of spindles 100 - 500 rpm, brush dia.12", feed speed of belt 10-50 fpm variable
