The SEAL® 62 Pro D is a highly versatile wide format roll laminator capable of mounting, laminating and encapsulating prints up to 61” in width. With fully adjustable temperature, speed and pressure settings, the 62 Pro D accommodates a variety of substrates and generates high process speeds.
The SEAL® 62 Pro D laminator incorporates all the performance-leading features you would expect from SEAL – precision engineering, high quality and performance – in addition to the following unique features:
- Ergonomic touch pad control panel strategically placed on a swinging arm to allow for operation from both the front and rear of the unit.
- Dual heated rollers
- Light weight drop-in supply shafts with auto-grip for easy loading of materials in tight spaces
- High release silicon rollers that allow for easy cleaning
- Automatic upper take up shaft for removing release liners
- Exclusive ‘stay-put’ swing up feed table keeps table up, making media handling and set-up a snap
- Manual nip adjustment control up to 1-1/2” for processing a wide variety of substrates
- Foot pedal for hands-free operation
- Comprehensive safety system with self-checking eyes and emergency stops
