Barberan "TSP-6000-E/14" Heated Drying Tunnel (2021)
For the continuous drying of panels lacquered with products which contain a high rate of water.
Its modular construction with isolation panels shows two different parts: The main body, which includes the heating battery and the air impelling and filtering elements, and the secondary tunnel extensions that distribute the air along the tunnel. The same air flows repeatedly through the battery and the tunnel to raise its temperature to the optimum drying point at the minimum energy cost. The air is cleaned with removable and washable filters and partially renewed to avoid the water saturation inside the tunnel. The electrical heating battery has a thermostatic control that keeps the inner temperature in the programmed value. A thermometer shows the existing temperature for the operator's control. The tunnel should be mounted on a special endless conveyor.
