CR Onsrud "145G12D" flat table CNC router
Moving Gantry CNC Router with a 145" x 61" worktable; 11" z-axis stroke; machined table with (1) vacuum zone, cast iron moving gantry bridge and vertical supports.
(1) 12.7 HP "HSK-63F" electro-spindle, infinitely programmable spindle speeds up to 24,000 RPM, 12-position ATC rotary tool changer, 9-spindle PtP drill block (arranged to drill 5 holes in x - or y - axis).
Closed loop Servo motors drive dual rack & pinion on the moving gantry and precision ball screws on the bridge and vertical axes; 2,000 IPM max. machining speed (straight or contour).
All axes ride on extra large precision contour linear guide-ways, axis travels provide full table coverage for all spindles.
Industrial "AMC" machine control system is compatible with virtually all CAD/CAM packages that generate standard codes.
